He has practiced these two sports since his childhood. It is the family values that have motivated him to make his passion his job. His family values are rooted in him and will influence the name of his company. Thus, the name Zale refers to the first names of his two children, Zack and Lea.
In addition to a dedicated and passionate owner, Zale Outdoors is also a team of enthusiasts who contribute to the success of this agency. Hunting and fishing have an important place for the entrepreneur. He is affiliated with several projects whose main objective is to transmit his passion and to help families, men and women to learn more about these two subjects by means of explanatory videos, television shows, podcasts and more. Being very competitive in nature, this forces him to outdo himself on a daily basis in this constantly evolving industry. He competes in semi-professional bass fishing tournaments. Maxime Gilbert defines himself as a multi-species fisherman.
The team also includes associate Conrad Bissonnette, who is responsible for territorial development in Ontario and the Maritimes.. From an early age, he has been a fan of everything connected with the world of hunting and fishing. Over the years he has practiced, examined and built his experience to become an excellent hunter and fisherman. Having a passion for teaching, for more than 4 years, Conrad Bissonnette has been organizing water fishing training days in order to pass on his passion as well as his experience from the initiated to the experienced fisherman. This is a great way to quickly acquire information as well as understand your surroundings. Always wanting to surpass himself, he participates in many semi-professional fishing tournaments in Quebec and Ontario.
Having worked for over 4 years as a Hunting and Fishing Store Manager, Conrad has been fortunate to know the extent and functioning of this market. He was able to create excellent business relationships with the companies and customers of the store. These 4 years have been very rewarding in terms of communication, transmission of information, administration and project implementation.
With the fishing, hunting and outdoor sector continuing to grow, a third partner joins in 2023 as a representative. David Gagnon-Larivière is responsible for the development of Northern Ontario, Abitibi-Témiscamingue and North of Québec. David, aka Larry, has been an ambassador for Zale Outdoors from the start. So he knows everything there is to know about the company. Like the other two partners, he has been involved in hunting and fishing for many years, and passes on his passion through his social involvement and his presence at various events. He is also an avid tournament fisherman, specializing in walleye. He has filmed a number of fishing shows and been featured on major platforms such as the Journal de Montréal and several radio stations. As a multi-species angler and hunter, he will be able to advise dealers and customers in their choice.
With his wide-ranging expertise, he’s well equipped to meet the needs of customers in and around the region. His ability to deliver good service as well as good people skills is a plus for Zale Outdoors, whose primary mission is the satisfaction of its customers and the companies we represent.

Il participe à des tournois de pêche à l’achigan de niveau semi-professionnel. Maxime Gilbert se définit comme étant un pêcheur multi-espèces.

Depuis son tout jeune âge, il est un mordu de tout ce qui se rattache au monde de la chasse et de la pêche. Au cours des années, il a pratiqué, examiné et bâti son expérience pour devenir un excellent chasseur et pêcheur. Ayant la fibre de l’enseignement, depuis plus de 4 ans, Conrad Bissonnette organise des journées de formation de pêche sur l’eau afin de transmettre sa passion ainsi que son expérience de l’initié au pêcheur expérimenté. C’est un excellent moyen d’acquérir rapidement de l’information ainsi que de comprendre son environnement. Voulant toujours se surpasser, il participe à de nombreux tournois de pêche semi-professionnels au Québec et en Ontario.
Ayant travaillé depuis plus de 4 ans en tant que directeur de magasin de chasse et pêche, Conrad a eu la chance de connaître l’étendue et le bon fonctionnement de ce marché. Il a su créer d’excellentes relations d’affaires avec les compagnies et la clientèle du magasin. Ces 4 années ont été très enrichissantes au niveau de la communication, de la transmission d’informations, de l’administration et de la réalisation de projets.
Avec le secteur de la pêche, chasse et du plein air qui ne cesse de grandir un troisième associé se joint en 2023 en tant que représentant. David Gagnon-Larivière est responsable du développement du nord de l’Ontario, l’Abitibi-Témiscamingue et Nord-du-Québec. David alias Larry a été un ambassadeur dès le début de Zale Outdoors. Il connaît donc très bien tout ce qui entoure l’entreprise. Tout comme les deux autres associés, il est dans le monde de la chasse et de la pêche depuis plusieurs années et transmet sa passion via son implication sociale et sa présence dans divers évènements. Il est aussi un passionné des tournois de pêches spécialisé dans le doré. Il a tourné quelques émissions de pêche et a été médiatisé sur de grosses plateformes comme le Journal de Montréal et plusieurs chaînes radio. Pêcheur et chasseur multiespèces, il sera bien conseiller les marchands et clients dans leur choix.
Avec l’expertise très diversifiée, il est en mesure de bien répondre au besoin et maintiens une proximité avec les clients de la région et les environs. Sa capacité a livré un bon service tout comme un bon entre gens est un plus pour Zale Outdoors qui a comme mission première la satisfaction de ses clients et des compagnies que nous représentons.
